When I was born, on July 23, 1976, in Budapest, I became involved in an educational experiment. Even before I came into the world, my parents had already decided: I would be a chess player.

Karpov, Kasparov, Spassky, Smyslov, Topalov, Anand, Ponomariov, Khalifman, Kasimdzhanov: all world champions, yet all of them have been defeated by Judit Polgár – one reason she has been named Best Woman Chess Player of the 20th Century.

Results
Chess is an art form. Making the right moves is similar to an artist creating a masterpiece; it involves aesthetics, calculation and intuition. I find great joy in creating fine games, and hope to inspire all enthusiasts of this royal game.
